Interactive Creative Director

Wolfmotell, a brand and advertising agency, is looking for a talented Interactive Creative Director who can truly make a strong impression on the agency and its creativity. Our work spans a unique blend of brand, marketing and advertising, and interactive for both B2B and consumer audiences not typically found in other agencies.

The Interactive Creative Director will bring strong creative vision and an understanding of technical capabilities that can be leveraged to deliver Interactive experiences that set our agency apart and drive growth. You will lead and inspire the Creative team to exceed client expectations. You will also partner with the Traffic and Account Managers to realize each project deliverable in a timely manner. This position will report directly to the Chief Creative Officer.

Responsibilities

• Establish creative direction for interactive based projects
• Provide quality control over concepts and projects and ensure that high quality creative and production is upheld
• Motivate team to maximize performance through guidance, encouragement, inspiration and support
• Stay on top of the latest developments in Internet advertising technologies
• Have fun and bring creative energy

Qualifications

• 3-5 years leading a creative team in an agency environment
• A strong working knowledge of interactive design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
• Ability to quickly learn and adhere to proprietary style guides and brand standards
• Strong creative problem solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and deal well with ambiguous situations
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
